Kristin Oxendine
Co-Founder and Human Resources Manager
Kristin Oxendine is an accomplished HR Manager at Ox Security with a strong foundation in healthcare operations, training, and team development. Holding a Master’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, Kristin is dedicated to creating supportive, growth-oriented environments that empower individuals and teams to excel.
With extensive experience in the healthcare industry, Kristin has held management, training, and system administrator roles with leading organizations such as Optum and Wellpoint. She excels in leading onboarding programs, mentoring new team members, and bridging the gap between policy and practice through clear communication and hands-on education.
Kristin is passionate about fostering collaboration and trust, bringing energy, empathy, and a people first perspective to her work. Outside of the office, she prioritizes balance, spending quality time with her family, staying active through regular workouts, and enjoying her love of music. Kristin’s commitment to growth, both personally and professionally, defines her as a dynamic and inspiring leader.
Alan Teague
Administrative Manager
Alan Teague, a technology expert for Ox Security earned an AS from Guilford Technical Community College in Electronics Engineering Technology and a BS from North Carolina A&T in Electronics Technology. Alan has over 41 years' experience in the electronic industry within the military, municipality and commercial sectors.
Alan was in the US Navy for 6 years as an Avionics Electronics Technician, 4 years with the City of High Point as a Communication Technician and multiple roles across the 31 years that he was with Analog Devices, Inc., a worldwide semiconductor manufacture. Before retiring, Alan's latest role was an Aerospace Senior Marketing Engineer supporting military and space markets for Analog Devices.
Lisa McManus
Fiscal Manager
Lisa W. McManus is an experienced administrative and operations professional with a strong background in fiscal management, procurement, and organizational support. Currently serving at Ox Security, she brings over a decade of expertise in overseeing financial operations, managing assets, and streamlining administrative processes.
Lisa has a proven track record of ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations, supporting cross-functional teams, and maintaining operational efficiency across multiple departments. Her technical proficiency spans a wide range of enterprise systems, and she is known for her attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to excellence in administrative leadership.
Melvin Gass
Operations Manager
As Operations Manager at Ox Security, Melvin Gass brings extensive leadership and practical expertise shaped by his tenure in supervisory roles with state agencies. A certified instructor in self-defense tactics, handguns, and law enforcement operations, Melvin is FEMA-trained in emergency response, public disturbance, and managing natural disaster sites.
He is committed to leading by example, fostering teamwork, and providing steadfast guidance and support to colleagues throughout his department. Melvin is supported and inspired by a devoted family, including a loving wife, children, and grandchildren.
